More BIG news: cycling classes are coming to Upclub!

At Upclub we believe in rising together — and we felt it was time to level up. After months of preparation, we’re thrilled to share what’s next: our brand-new Cycling Classes!

You already know us for our renowned rowing workouts. Now we’re adding a whole new dimension: hybrid, full-body sessions that combine time on the bike with focused strength training on the bench.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • All-in-one training: Cardio, endurance, and strength in a single workout.

  • Two groups, two focuses: While one half of the class rides, the other hits the bench for targeted strength work. Then you swap!

  • Data-driven fun: Just like in our rowing studio, expect races, challenges, and battles on the bikes.

  • Stronger together: Sweat, push, and progress as a team — with weights that match your level.

We’re still fine-tuning the format, but we couldn’t wait any longer to share it with you. That’s why we’re inviting the Upclub community for an exclusive sneak peek.
