Upclub ROW delivers a true full body rowing workout. Rowing engages 85% of the muscles: the legs, butt, core, arms and back. Indoor rowing provides one of the most challenging aerobic and anaerobic workouts you can get. No rowing experience? No problem. Our trainers are there to guide you.

Our workouts are a combination of rowing and powerful strength exercises. You’ll burn calories and build lean muscle at the same time. By alternating short sprints with easy rowing, we create the best imaginable HIIT workout. We give you bang for your buck.

Great experience for my first time here! Very friendly stuff and great attention from trainer Gustavo to attendants. Space for everyone in the class and great ventilation. The ladies changing room has two showers and a toilet. The password-lockers just make everything perfect! No need to worry about bringing your own ones.
