At Upclub, every workout is built to push your body and mind further. Our concepts combine high-intensity cardio with strength training, powered by real-time data and the energy of the team around you.
ROW brings intervals on the rowing machine together with powerful strength exercises on the floor. You’ll engage up to 85% of your muscles, build lean strength, and boost endurance in every class.
To keep training fresh and challenging, ROW workouts rotate through different Editions. Check the Workout Edition Calendar to see which Edition is scheduled for your class.
RIDE mixes indoor cycling with strength training on the bench. Classes split into two groups: while one rides, the other lifts, and then you swap. The result is balanced cardio and power training that keeps the energy high and results effective.
RIDE & RISE is available in two complementary Editions: A and B. Each Edition is a complete full-body workout, and together they provide even more variety. We recommend returning to one or both Editions regularly to build strength, refine your technique and track your progress over time. The current Edition is shown in the class schedule.
Upclub ROW
ROW Launch workout introduces you to the basics of rowing and guides you through a variety of core and strength exercises. It will be fun, challenging and guaranteed to make you sweat! Since the instructor gives plenty of personal attention this class is great for those who want to refresh their rowing form and have a great workout too.
ROW Ripped is a 45-minute high intensity training that mixes intervals of rowing, weights and resistance training. It’s a challenging and fast-flowing bootcamp style workout designed to crush calories, tone muscles and get results quick. Motivational trainers, killer beats and a a little bit of competition make this session not only efficient, but seriously fun.
Did you know your glutes are activated with every rowing stroke? ROW Booty is a 45 minute session that focusses on sculpting the booty, legs and the abs. Expect interval rowing at a high resistance, alternated with body weight exercises, isolating your glutes, abs and lower back. If killer curves is what you want, don’t hesitate.
This dynamic 45-minute workout merges high-energy rowing with core strengthening mat exercises. It enhances your rowing power and posture, while the targeted core exercises leave you feeling strong and irresistibly sexy. If you’re aiming to boost your performance and achieve a sculpted midsection, ROW Core is your perfect match.
Upclub RIDE
RIDE & RISE combines the power of endurance and strength training in one energizing session. Half the workout takes place on the indoor bike, with climbs, races, and team challenges guided by your personal power zones — making it challenging yet doable for all levels. The other half happens on the floor or bench, using bodyweight and dumbbells to build strength, balance, and control. A fun, full-body workout that leaves you feeling empowered and ready to rise.
Each time slot follows a specific Edition that runs for 1 month. If you join the same time each week, you’ll repeat that Edition — allowing you to build technique, track progress, and get stronger over time.
RIDE & RESTORE is a 45-minute hybrid workout designed to help you move, recover, and reset. Half the session takes place on the indoor bike at a steady, comfortable pace, guided by smooth, feel-good beats. The other half happens on and around the bench, with a mix of core work, mobility, and stretching to release tension and improve flexibility. A calmer, low-impact workout that helps you slow down, move better, and leave feeling restored and recharged.
