Born and raised in Amsterdam, Stijn swapped competitive rowing for the trainer floor, bringing a mix of discipline, grit and no-nonsense energy to every class. He’s a financial econometrics master student, and when he’s not crunching numbers, he’s the one pushing you to hit yours.

Stijn thrives in Ripped classes, where hard rowing and strength work collide. His style is straightforward, sharp on detail and all about pushing you to find that extra gear. Expect strapless rowing, driving beats and the kind of focus that gets everyone moving as one crew.
