From Bulgaria to Delft to the studio floor, Nadya brings a serious sport background with her. After years of gymnastics, volleyball, tennis and competitive rowing, movement isn’t just something she does, it’s how she operates. With nine years in the gym and a sharp eye for technique, she knows strong basics are what make you faster later.

Launch is where she feels at home. Focused drills, clean form and that moment where everything clicks. Nadya loves refining the details so you can push harder with confidence. Expect legs only pieces, technical cues and just enough challenge to make you proud you showed up.

And if class ends with someone casually throwing in a handstand, it’s probably her.
